Refund Policy

Who This Applies To

This refund policy applies to all RateCalc Pro purchases — Monthly and Lifetime plans — made through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

Eligibility

A refund may be issued if both of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase or renewal date.
• You have not downloaded or accessed any Pro-exclusive digital content, including the Media Kit PDF.

Because our Pro features deliver digital content that cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are not available after Pro content has been downloaded or used.

Refund Window by Plan

• Monthly plan: 7 days from the initial purchase. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
• Lifetime plan: 7 days from purchase, provided no digital content has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@ratecalc.fyi with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing immediately but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
