Description

RateCalc is a free influencer rate calculator that provides estimated sponsorship price ranges. All rates are estimates only — not guaranteed figures — based on CPM benchmark data and industry averages.

Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• You may not scrape or bulk-extract data without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service's code or content.

Accuracy

Estimates are based on average market data. Actual sponsorship rates vary based on brand budget, campaign scope, exclusivity, deliverable complexity, and negotiation. RateCalc is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on these estimates.

Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — contact hello@ratecalc.fyi.
• Pro features may be modified with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on ratecalc.fyi — including text, design, code, and data — is owned by RateCalc. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate for your specific situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateCalc is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
